Shipping policy

This is an English translation for your convenience. In case of doubt, the German version applies.

All products are in stock with us and are shipped by us from Werfen (Austria). We ship with Senddrop.

Processing time

Once we've received your order or payment, your items are usually packed and shipped within 1–3 working days.

Delivery times (from dispatch)

Austria and Germany: 2–3 working days
EU and Switzerland: 4–8 working days

The delivery times given are estimates. If a different delivery time is stated for an item, that one applies.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown to you during checkout before you complete your order.

  • Austria: €4.90, free from €59
  • Germany: €6.90, free from €69
  • EU (Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden): €12.90, free from €95
  • Switzerland: €17.90

Deliveries to Switzerland
Switzerland is not part of the EU. Swiss VAT and customs clearance fees charged by the delivery service may apply on delivery. These costs are paid by you as the recipient. No customs duty applies to most of our products.

We don't currently ship to other countries.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery delays

If your delivery is delayed, for example due to bottlenecks at the shipping company or force majeure, we'll let you know as soon as possible. Your statutory rights in the event of late delivery remain unaffected.

Loss or damage in transit

We bear the risk of loss or damage until the parcel has reached you. If a parcel gets lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@helloalbert.shop, ideally with photos of the parcel and its contents. We'll take care of a replacement or refund.

Wrong delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, we'll let you know and are happy to send it again. In that case, however, we have to charge you the cost of reshipping.
