Refund policy
This is an English translation for your convenience. In case of doubt, the German version applies.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you order several items that are delivered separately, the period begins when you receive the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or WhatsApp). To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to the address above without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning (e.g. a candle that has been lit or a garment that has already been worn or washed).
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs (e.g. personalised items).
Warranty – defects & damage
Please check your order when it arrives. If you have received a damaged, faulty or wrong item, it's best to get in touch right away with a few photos at hello@helloalbert.shop, so we can solve the problem quickly.
Regardless of this, the statutory warranty of 2 years from delivery applies. This request to let us know quickly does not limit your statutory rights. For justified defects, we of course cover the cost of the return.
Refunds
As soon as your return has arrived, we'll let you know. Please bear in mind that after we've issued the refund, it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process it. If you have any questions, you can reach us anytime at hello@helloalbert.shop.
