All products are in stock with us in Werfen. We pack and ship every order ourselves.

Returns

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. A short message to hello@helloalbert.shop is enough, but you can also use the model withdrawal form in our withdrawal policy.

After that, you have 14 days to send the goods back to:
ALBERT – Maximilian Albert Obauer, Markt 40, Tür 1, 5450 Werfen, Austria

You bear the cost of the return. You'll get the purchase price and the standard shipping costs back no later than 14 days after your withdrawal, as soon as the goods have arrived with us or you've shown us proof of shipping.

Please note: If an item has been used more than necessary to try it out, for example a candle that has been lit or a shirt that has been worn or washed, we have to deduct the loss in value.

Complaints

Did something arrive damaged, faulty or wrong? Please send us a few photos to hello@helloalbert.shop. We'll take care of a replacement, repair or refund and cover the cost of the return.

The statutory warranty of 2 years from delivery applies under the Austrian Consumer Warranty Act (VGG). Getting in touch quickly helps us, but it doesn't limit your rights.
